1. Payment Methods
We accept payment via the methods listed on our platform at checkout.
Payment must be received in full before equipment is dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Pricing and Surcharges
All hire and delivery prices are displayed on our platform and are subject to applicable surcharges for remote locations, deliveries outside mainland UK, or special access requirements.
Prices may include VAT where applicable.
Additional charges arising from incorrect information provided by the hirer (e.g., wrong address, access issues) are the hirer’s responsibility.
3. Payment Timing
Full payment for hire and delivery is required prior to dispatch, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone hire if payment is not received.
4. Late or Failed Payments
Late payments may result in delayed delivery or cancellation of the hire.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with UK law.
5. Refunds and Adjustments
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Any applicable deductions for cancellations, damage, loss, or other charges will be applied before issuing a refund.
6. Security and Fraud Prevention

Delivery & Shipping Policy:
1. Service Area and Surcharges
Additional surcharges may apply for deliveries outside mainland UK, specific counties/zones , remote locations, or locations requiring special access.
All applicable surcharges will be communicated and agreed upon before confirmation of hire.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and depend on location, availability, and conditions beyond our control.
We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery windows, but these are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays outside our control.
3. Delivery Costs and Payment
Delivery charges are calculated based on location, access requirements, and any applicable surcharges.
Payment for hire and delivery must be received in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Risk and Responsibility
Risk of loss, theft, or damage passes to the hirer upon delivery or collection of the equipment..
The hirer is responsible for safe use, security, and returning the item in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear.
Additional charges may apply for damage, loss, or late return.
5. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If access is denied, the site is unsuitable, or delivery cannot be completed due to factors outside our control, additional charges may apply.
Re-delivery fees are the responsibility of the hirer.
6. Inspection on Delivery
Hirers must inspect items on delivery and report any defects or damage immediately.
Unless defects or damage are reported within 2 hours of receipt, the equipment will be deemed accepted in good working condition.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of damaged items unless otherwise required by UK law.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, including lost revenue, downtime, or other consequential losses.
8. Cancellation or Changes
Cancellation or changes must be communicated before the scheduled delivery.
Applicable cancellation charges are published and apply as specified.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This hire and delivery policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with UK law, with the aim of resolution through direct communication before pursuing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or legal action.

Collection & Pickup Policy:
11. Collection Hours
Collection of hired items is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, excluding weekends, UK bank holidays, and public holidays.
Requests outside these hours must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.
12. Valid ID Requirement
The hirer or an authorised representative must provide valid photographic ID at the time of pickup.
Only individuals listed on the hire agreement may collect items unless prior written authorisation is provided.
Staff are entitled to refuse collection if identification cannot be verified.
13. Pickup Acknowledgement Form
The hirer must sign upon collection confirming:
- Items are collected in the agreed condition (subject to normal wear and tear)
- Date and time of collection
- Acceptance of responsibility for the item from the moment of pickup
This signature serves as proof in case of disputes regarding condition, late return, or damage.
Any visible damage or missing items must be noted and signed by both parties at pickup.
Failure to report issues may limit claims for damage, loss, or missing items.
14. Proof of Hire and Insurance
Hirers must present proof of hire agreement at pickup unless already provided digitally.
If the hire includes insurance coverage, proof of valid insurance must also be provided before items are collected.
Items will not be released without these documents.
15. Transfer of Responsibility
Risk and responsibility for the item transfer to the hirer at the moment of pickup, once identification, signature, and required documents have been verified.
16. Refusal and Re-Scheduling
Failure to provide identification, signature, proof of hire, or insurance will result in refusal of pickup.
Re-scheduling fees may apply if a pickup cannot be completed due to non-compliance.
17. Access and Safety
The hirer is responsible for ensuring items are ready for collection in a safe and accessible location.
18. Collection Policy Updates
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time.
Updated policies will be communicated to previous hirers and will apply to future pickups.
19. Data Protection
All personal data collected during the collection process will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and applicable UK data protection laws.

Refunds are available in accordance with applicable UK law and our hire terms.
Any eligible refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellation Refunds
If you cancel a hire before delivery, applicable cancellation charges will apply as stated on our website.
Refunds for cancelled hires will be issued after deducting any applicable charges.
3. Late or Failed Deliveries
Refunds are not available for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including carrier issues, adverse weather, or site access problems.
Partial refunds may be considered if equipment cannot be delivered through no fault of the hirer.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
Any damage or faults must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Refunds or replacements will be provided if items are confirmed to be faulty at the time of delivery, subject to inspection.
5. Returns
The hirer is responsible for returning items in the same condition as received, except for reasonable wear and tear.
Refunds may be adjusted for damage, loss, or late returns.
6. Dispute Resolution
All refund requests will be handled in line with UK consumer law.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage resolution through direct communication first. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes.
